- How does KINDUZ do it?
KINDUZ is not in the business of doing 'production' work. For example, we will provide consulting services to a financial bank on how to setup a Testing Department and help them define processes, procure technology, define career management processes, etc., but we will not provide actual 'Testing' services to them.
Another example: We will help an electrical organization reduce the cycle time of production of high-voltage transformers, but we will not provide services to actually produce high-voltage transformers.
A lot of 'production' companies start consulting services and provide solutions that promote their own services. There is an inherent bias in their thought process which is tough to stay away from (given the internal targets each individual has).
A decision to keep away from 'production' work helps us be unbiased towards our clients.
NOTE: This in now way means that will not help our clients execute and deliver. We take charge of execution with the relevant 'production' personnel (again without any bias).
