When

KINDUZ started its operations on October 9th 2008.

Where

KINDUZ started its operations first at Hyderabad, India. KINDUZ's Clients and KINDUZ prefer to work closely with each other; you will therefore find most of our consultants working at Client locations.

Who

KINDUZ was envisaged by Mr. Pavan Kota, and is now nurtured by the entire KINDUZ team.

Why

    • How does KINDUZ do it?

      Every business process (e.g. sales, marketing, production, customer support) has to be directly or indirectly run by an organization's associates. If we don't manage the human aspect, no technology can work, no process can be optimally used, and no company can succeed. At KINDUZ we focus on this human aspect in each of our engagements by focussing on areas like:

  • Unbiased View of Problems and especially Solutions

    • How does KINDUZ do it?

      KINDUZ is not in the business of doing 'production' work. For example, we will provide consulting services to a financial bank on how to setup a Testing Department and help them define processes, procure technology, define career management processes, etc., but we will not provide actual 'Testing' services to them.

      Another example: We will help an electrical organization reduce the cycle time of production of high-voltage transformers, but we will not provide services to actually produce high-voltage transformers.

      A lot of 'production' companies start consulting services and provide solutions that promote their own services. There is an inherent bias in their thought process which is tough to stay away from (given the internal targets each individual has).

      A decision to keep away from 'production' work helps us be unbiased towards our clients.

      NOTE: This in now way means that will not help our clients execute and deliver. We take charge of execution with the relevant 'production' personnel (again without any bias).

      KINDUZ does not just submit a recommendations report and leave it's clients to implement them (like some consulting companies do). We stay with the clients and manage the implementation as well.

      KINDUZ associates not only focus on getting the work done but also on generally neglected softer aspects of execution including:

      - Relationship Management
      - Role specific Enhanced Reporting using Metrics
      - Proactive Risk Reporting, etc.

    • How does KINDUZ do it?

      We have seen numerous cases where consulting companies do not provide enough visbility because:
      - They want to hide their gaps hoping to catch up soon, after which they think they can open up.
      - associates on the ground do not know the best practices (even though the Senior Partner who came during the sales presentation showed some excellent reports, with metrics represented in beautiful graphs)

      At KINDUZ we publish our governance framework (not only in a beautiful presentation), but also showcase the templates we will use on the ground and commit to them. The service level agreements we sign up to, include a penalty in case we do not adhere to these reporting standards.

      We recommend and finalize any additional reporting standards based on the type of the engagement.
